• Driving & Parking
  Drivers coming from the west or southwest via I-90 East or I-71 North should follow the Innerbelt merge to the East 9th Street exit and proceed north, while those arriving from the south via I-77 North can exit directly at East 9th Street and follow the signs north or navigate via Ontario Street north to the arena perimeter at Huron Road. For primary parking accommodations, the venue features two official, on-site covered structures providing over 3,000 spaces: the Great Day Improvements Garage, which utilizes automated license plate scanning technology and features a direct-access pedestrian bridge into the arena from Level 3, and the adjacent JACK Cleveland Casino Garage. For general accommodation, a massive network of more than 17,000 independent surface lot and garage spaces operated by providers like LAZ Parking, SpotHero, and Tower City are located within a convenient five- to ten-minute walk of the venue.
• Public Transit
  The RTA Rapid Transit (Red Line) serves Tower City Station, about a 5-minute walk from the arena. The HealthLine BRT on Euclid Avenue also connects to the area.

    Train LinesThe Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) Rapid Transit network offers the most efficient rail access to the venue via Tower City Station, which connects directly to the arena lobby through the 1,050-foot enclosed glass-and-steel "Walkway to Gateway" pedestrian tunnel. The primary train routes servicing this hub are the heavy-rail Red Line, providing direct transit from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and the west side suburbs through downtown to Windermere on the east side, alongside the light-rail Blue Line and Green Line, which connect the eastern suburbs of Shaker Heights and Van Aken to the city center. Additionally, the Waterfront Line extension serves the transit loop from the lakefront down to Tower City.

    Multiple high-frequency lines drop off at Public Square and the immediate perimeter of the Gateway District. The premier bus rapid transit option is the Route 6: HealthLine, which operates 24/7 along the Euclid Avenue corridor, linking East Cleveland and University Circle directly to Public Square.   Uber and Lyft drivers are directed to utilize the designated curb spaces along Prospect Avenue East (between Ontario Street and East 4th Street) or designated cutouts on Ontario Street heading southbound.

Cleveland's downtown renaissance has created excellent pregame options. East 4th Street, the Warehouse District, and The Flats at East Bank all offer walkable dining and nightlife.

  Located on the main concourse level, there are dedicated historical display cases containing physical artifacts from franchise history, including original jerseys from the 1970s "Miracle of Richfield" era, Eastern Conference Championship trophies, and the physical 2016 Larry O'Brien NBA Championship Trophy (on display for fan viewing/photos during select operational windows or private tours).

  The largest and highest-energy premium space on the courtside event level. Located on the north end of the arena floor near the player parking garage, it features an interactive, upscale Biergarten-inspired atmosphere with an open floor plan, all-inclusive food, beer, seltzers, and wine. Access is granted to the majority of event-level floor ticket holders in Floor Sections 1–2, 6, 9, 13–14, and 19–22.
