Getting to the Arena
- Driving & ParkingFrom I-376, take the Grant Street exit. Surface lots and garages surround the arena.
- Public TransitPittsburgh Regional Transit (PRT) buses converge downtown with stops near the arena on Fifth Avenue and Centre Avenue. The light rail T system serves the South Hills suburbs with downtown stations at Steel Plaza and Gateway — both a short walk from the arena.
- Pittsburgh Regional Transit BusThe 61A, 61B, 61C, 71A, 71C, 71D remain the primary high-frequency lines connecting the arena to the rest of the city, but their stop locations are now split between the Fifth/Forbes corridor. The Steel Plaza Station is the closest stop, just a two-block walk to the arena.
- Light Rail The T TrainThe primary and closest station is located at Ross Street and 6th Avenue.
- RideshareThe official zone is located at the corner of Fullerton Street and Wylie Avenue. To reach this zone quickly, fans are advised to exit the arena through the Highmark Gate or the F.N.B. Gate.

Neighborhood Attractions
- One of two remaining inclines in Pittsburgh, the Duquesne Incline carries passengers up Mount Washington to an observation deck with panoramic views of the downtown skyline and the three rivers. One of the most iconic vistas in America. About 10 minutes from the arena.
- The 36-acre park at the tip of Pittsburgh's Golden Triangle where the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers merge to form the Ohio River. The park's fountain is a city landmark. About 15 minutes on foot from the arena.
- Pittsburgh's market and food district along Smallman Street and Penn Avenue, packed with produce vendors, ethnic grocers, butcher shops, restaurants, and specialty stores. A mile east of the arena and essential Pittsburgh.
- The largest history museum in Pennsylvania, located in the Strip District. Six floors of exhibits covering Western Pennsylvania history, including a dedicated Pittsburgh sports section.
- The largest museum dedicated to a single artist in North America, located on the North Shore across the Allegheny River. Seven floors of Warhol's art, archives, and films. Warhol was born and raised in Pittsburgh.

- F.N.B. ClubSections 101–103. A contemporary, high-end lounge featuring a backlit Corian bar, white glass high-top tables, and sweeping views of the arena bowl.
- Michelob ULTRA ClubSections 111–113. Formerly the Captain Morgan Club, this area serves as a walk down memory lane with hockey memorabilia, historical tributes to team captains, and a 360-degree bar.
- Lexus Loge BoxesThese are a semi-private "hybrid" seating option, combining the privacy of a suite with the atmosphere of the lower bowl. They feature cushioned swivel chairs and private monitors.
- Club LogesPositioned directly behind the Club Seating sections. These provide center-ice views and direct access to the premium lounges.
- Double Attack LogeLocated on the north end. Sections LB8–LB16, these seats are positioned 26 rows from the ice in the zone where the Penguins shoot twice.
