A Guide to the Stadium

Acrisure Stadium serves as the home of the Pittsburgh Steelers and is located on the North Shore of the Allegheny River. Positioned directly across from downtown Pittsburgh, the venue is defined by its views of the city skyline, three rivers, and iconic yellow bridges.

Getting to the Stadium

The stadium is on Pittsburgh's North Shore, directly across the Allegheny River from downtown. The location provides multiple access points by car, foot across the iconic bridges, or by river ferry.

Driving & Parking

  • Driving
From I-279 North, take Exit 1A (North Shore) and follow signs to stadium parking. From I-376 East (Parkway West), cross the Fort Pitt Bridge and take I-279 North. From the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76), take I-376 West to I-279 North. Game-day traffic on the North Shore begins backing up 2-3 hours before kickoff, particularly on the bridges.
  • Parking
Official stadium lots and nearby garages fill the area between Acrisure and PNC Park (home of the Pirates). The Gold Lots east of the stadium and Green Lots to the west are the most convenient but sell out quickly. The Red Lots closer to PNC are generally cheaper. Fans can pre-purchase parking through JustPark, the Steelers official parking partner. Green Lots 31 and 33 as well as most of the Blue Lots north of PNC are available for day of parking. Additional private parking is available in the Golden Triangle on the downtown side of the river, a short walk across the iconic bridges to the stadium For tailgate supplies, Giant Eagle Supermarket on the North Shore is the go-to local grocery chain. For beverages, FINE WINE & GOOD SPIRITS has locations on the North Shore, downtown and in the Strip District. Pennsylvania Libations in the Strip specializes in Pennsylvania-made spirits, wines, and beers.
