A Guide to Allegiant Stadium

Known affectionately as the Death Star for its striking, jet-black translucent exterior, Allegiant Stadium stands as a futuristic landmark at the edge of the Las Vegas Strip. It offers a uniquely Vegas atmosphere where sports and the world's most famous entertainment district collide.

Getting to the Stadium

The stadium sits on the west side of I-15, directly behind the Mandalay Bay and Luxor Hotel & Casino resort complexes. Its location at the south end of the Strip makes it accessible on foot from Strip hotels or by car from the surrounding area.

Driving & Parking

  • Driving
From I-15 (from the north/Strip area), take the Russell Road exit and follow signs to the stadium. From I-15 (from the south), take the same exit. From I-215 (the Beltway), connect to I-15 North and take Russell Road. On gameday a number of streets around the stadium are converted to one ways or completely shut down and converted to pedestrian only.
  • Parking
Official stadium lots are limited, expensive, and must be pre-purchased via SpotHero, the official parking partner. Parking at casino garages along the Strip such as Mandalay Bay, Luxor Hotel & Casino, and Excalibur is a popular and generally cheaper alternative. Walking through the Mandalay Bay/Luxor complex and across the Hacienda Crossing pedestrian bridge to the stadium is a popular route. Tailgating is limited due to the confined parking options.

Public Transit

  • The Deuce bus route runs along Las Vegas Boulevard (the Strip) 24/7. The closest stop is at Mandalay Bay. Game Day Express shuttles run from 6 suburban locations (Red Rock Casino, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Santa Fe Station Hotel & Resort, Sam's Town Hotel, Aliante Casino, and M Resort Spa Casino).

Rideshare

  • The designated rideshare zone is in Lot N North of the stadium, across W Hacienda Ave. Walking to the Mandalay Bay or Luxor Hotel & Casino rideshare areas provides alternatives, but the Strip itself creates bottlenecks.

Pregame Festivities

The Las Vegas Strip IS the pregame. With hundreds of restaurants, bars, casinos, and entertainment options within walking distance, the pregame scene at Allegiant Stadium is unmatched in variety and excess.

Pregame Bars & Restaurants

  • Located inside Mandalay Bay the House of Blues offers live music, Southern inspired food, and cocktails. The Gospel Brunch on Sundays is legendary. The proximity makes it the natural first stop before walking to the stadium.
  • A modern sports bar at Mandalay Bay with craft cocktails, elevated bar food, and wall-to-wall screens. Being in the closest resort to the stadium, it draws a heavy pregame crowd. The atmosphere is upscale sports bar.
  • Located at The Park (the outdoor entertainment district between Park MGM and T-Mobile Arena), this beer hall features a large draft beer selection, communal tables, and lawn games.
  • An authentic Irish pub at Mandalay Bay offering pints, whiskey, and traditional Irish fare. The interior was actually built in Ireland and shipped to Las Vegas. A more relaxed pregame option just steps from the pedestrian bridge to the stadium.
  • A Tijuana-style taco shop on Las Vegas Boulevard that has become a late night and pregame institution. The adobada (marinated pork) tacos are legendary, cooked on a vertical spit and served on handmade tortillas. Cheap, fast, and one of the best values on the Strip.
  • A pizza spot inside Mandalay Bay serving New York-style slices and craft cocktails. Quick, satisfying pregame fuel in the closest resort to the stadium.
  • A Las Vegas staple with multiple locations across the valley. Their burritos, tacos, and California-style Mexican food have been a go-to for locals since the 1960s. Cheap, delicious, and available late night.
  • A local Irish pub off of the Strip, known for traditional Irish food, live music, and a genuine pub atmosphere. It's a favorite among Vegas locals and a different experience from the resort bars.
  • A cafe at The LINQ Hotel offering coffee, pastries, and light bites. Good for a quick pregame stop.
  • A sports bar next to the stadium offering cocktails, craft beer, and sports viewing with multiple screens and a gameday atmosphere.
  • A sports themed bar near the stadium area offering the tailgate experience that the stadium's limited lots don't provide. Drinks, bar food, and a pregame crowd.
  • The iconic West Coast burger chain has a couple of locations near the stadium. For visitors from outside the West Coast, it's a must-try.

Monuments & Unique Features

  • The Al Davis Memorial Torch (North Endzone)
This is the stadium's primary monument. Standing 93 feet tall, it was the world's largest 3D-printed object at its inception. It commemorates Raiders founder Al Davis and his "Commitment to Excellence." A legendary figure or Raiders alumnus lights the torch before every home game.
  • The Champions Club (Section C134)
This VVIP area on the field level (Raiders side) serves as a semi museum. It houses the Raiders’ three Super Bowl (Lombardi) Trophies from Super Bowls XI, XV, and XVIII. The club also features replica tickets from those games and a detailed history of the team’s championship journeys. It is only accessible to those with a special field level club ticket
  • The Stadium Design
The jet-black, translucent ETFE exterior gives the stadium a futuristic, spaceship like appearance that glows at night. The translucent panels allow natural light during the day while keeping the interior climate-controlled (essential in 100°F+ Las Vegas summers).

Seating & Special Sections

  • The Coors Light Landing
An open-air deck and concourse area on the 200-level that is open to all fans. It surrounds the 93-foot Al Davis Memorial Torch and features a popular standing-room rail looking into the stadium bowl, as well as views looking out toward the Las Vegas Strip.
  • The Black Hole (Sections 121-125)
The Raiders' legendary fan section has relocated from Oakland. The most passionate and creatively costumed fans in the NFL inhabit this south end zone area.
  • Champions Club (Section C134)
The stadium’s premier VVIP-restricted experience located at field level on the Raiders' 50-yard line. This ultra-exclusive club requires a section-specific ticket and features an all-inclusive gourmet buffet, a complimentary premium bar, and access to an on-field viewing patio. It is also the exclusive home where the franchise's three original Vince Lombardi Super Bowl Trophies are housed.
  • Club Level
Padded seats with extra width, climate-controlled lounges, and premium food and beverage.
    • Twitch Lounge
Exclusive lounge accessible for those with club level seats featuring elevated food and beverage options on the Raiders side
