A Guide to Intuit Dome

## Introduction Opened as the Los Angeles Clippers' stunning, purpose-built home in Inglewood, California, the Intuit Dome represents one of the most technologically advanced and ambitious arena projects in sports history. Entirely privately funded by owner Steve Ballmer, this basketball-first venue features a legendary 51-row fan section known as "The Wall" and a massive, center-hung Halo Board, creating an unparalleled, high-energy atmosphere for fans and players alike.

Getting to the Arena

  • Driving & Parking
Drivers approaching from the north via I-405 South should take the Century Boulevard exit and head east to find the venue on the right at the corner of South Prairie Avenue. Those traveling from the east can take I-605 South to I-105 West, exit at Prairie Avenue, and turn left, while drivers from the west on I-10 East can merge onto I-405 South and follow the same Century Boulevard exit eastbound. From the south, take I-110 North, merge onto I-105 West, exit at Prairie Avenue, and turn right before making a left onto West Century Boulevard. Once at the venue, driver accommodations feature advanced, covered structures including the Standard East Garage (accessed via 102nd Street, which also houses the rideshare Mobility Hub), the VIP West Garage (with its primary entrance on Prairie Avenue), and the exclusive Players' Garage for premium guests. All official garages open roughly four hours before showtime and utilize high-tech, automatic license plate recognition technology; guests are highly encouraged to purchase passes in advance and upload their vehicle profiles to the LA Clippers + Intuit Dome app to seamlessly zoom through the gates upon arrival.
  • Public Transit
The Metro K Line (Crenshaw/LAX) serves nearby stations. The LAX/Metro Transit Center connects to the arena via shuttle service. Metro bus routes also serve the area.
    • Train Light Rail
The best option is to take the light rail to a nearby transit node and transfer to the complimentary Metro event shuttles that drop off directly curbside on Prairie Avenue. Passengers can ride the Metro K Line to either the Downtown Inglewood Station or the LAX/Metro Transit Center, or ride the Metro C Line to the Hawthorne/Lennox Station. From these three stations, free dedicated Metro connector shuttles run every 20 minutes starting two hours before the event, and ramp up to every 10 minutes for an hour after it concludes. Alternatively, fans coming from further out across LA County can utilize Intuit Dome’s official Regional Park & Ride motorcoach shuttles (reservations required via the Intuit Dome app), which pick up directly from major rail hubs such as Union Station, connecting to Metrolink and the Metro B/D/A Lines, the Expo/Sepulveda Station (Metro E Line), and the Norwalk Station (Metro C Line).
    • Bus
For direct, neighborhood-level public transit to the arena without needing an event shuttle transfer, several primary Metro bus lines drop riders within short walking distance of the gates. Metro Bus Line 117 runs directly east-west along Century Boulevard, letting riders off right at the intersection of Prairie Avenue and Century Boulevard beside the stadium. Metro Bus Line 212 provides crucial north-south transit directly down Prairie Avenue, servicing riders from Hollywood and Mid-City straight to the venue. Additionally, Metro Bus Line 115 serves the Manchester Boulevard corridor just a few blocks north, making it an easy walk down to the arena from the Manchester/Prairie stop. Torrance Transit Line 10 also serves the Inglewood Entertainment District for riders coming from the South Bay.
  • Rideshare
All Uber, Lyft, and alternative rideshare pickups and drop-offs are strictly consolidated at the arena's dedicated Mobility Hub, which is physically integrated into the Standard East Garage, located at 3700 E. Century Blvd, near 102nd Street.

Monuments & Unique Features

Intuit Dome's technology and the Hollywood Park complex create a next-generation arena experience.

  • The Wall
Intuit Dome's signature feature. A 51-foot-tall, 17,500-seat "Wall" section behind one basket that creates the most intense fan experience in the NBA. Inspired by European soccer's supporter sections, The Wall is designed to be the loudest, most intimidating section in basketball.
  • The Halo Board
A massive LED ring surrounding the upper bowl, providing a 360-degree visual experience with replays, stats, and dynamic graphics.
  • The Plaza Art Pieces
The primary physical monument directly outside the stadium is the 80,000-square-foot outdoor public plaza. Rather than sports statues, it features a massive, permanent public art collection curated in partnership with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA). Prominent installations framing the entrance include major community-centric sculptures and digital media installations by acclaimed artists like Charles Gaines, Glenn Ligon, Refik Anadol, and Jennifer Steinkamp.
  • The Outdoor Court
Centering the plaza is a full-sized, public-access outdoor basketball court open to the community, topped by a large architectural canopy that serves as a modern monument to grassroots LA basketball.
  • Division Banners
The rafters feature the team's Division Championship banners 2013 & 2014.
  • The High School Jersey Wall
Instead of a traditional standalone history museum, the arena features an immense commemorative installation honoring local basketball culture. The concourse showcases the jersey of every single high school basketball team in the state of California, physically mapping out the grassroots heritage of the state’s hoops scene.
  • Digital History Integration
Commemorations of past eras (like the "Lob City" era) are predominantly woven into the arena's heavy digital architecture. Historical highlights, team milestones, and franchise achievements are integrated dynamically into the concourse digital displays and the massive center-hung Halo Board during pre-game ceremonies, rather than being anchored to physical plaques or static walls.

Seating & Special Sections

  • Courtside Seats & Luxury Lounges
Directly floor-level on all four sides of the playing court: Spanning the first three rows from the hardwood, these are the most exclusive tickets in the arena and the only ones granting court-level access. Courtside Sections 8 and 10 are positioned directly on the player bench side (with the Clippers sitting in front of Section 8). Ticket holders bypass standard lines via a dedicated VIP entrance and receive all-inclusive high-end food and beverages inside the Lexus Courtside Lounge or the ultra-premium Red Lounge. A major highlight of the Courtside Lounge is its glass-walled connection to the Clippers' player tunnel, allowing fans a direct view of the team entering and exiting the locker room.
  • Courtside Cabanas
Baseline positions on the floor level, framing the short sides of the court: These highly exclusive spaces accommodate up to 11 guests and offer prime baseline viewing angles right up against the action. What makes them unique is the inclusion of a private, subterranean hospitality space tucked directly behind the seats. Guests can host in a living-room-style atmosphere out of sight, then step straight out onto the hardwood to watch the game. They also boast immediate proximity to the player tunnel.
  • Backstage Bungalows
Spanning the lower bowl sidelines directly behind the main level seating sections: Designed for groups of 10 to 14 people, the Bungalows offer a hybrid experience. Guests watch the game from dedicated, prime sideline lower-bowl seats, but have an attached private suite hidden directly behind the bowl. This layout lets premium fans seamlessly escape the crowds to host guests in a quiet private setting without sacrificing high-energy sightlines.
  • Premium Sideline Club Seats
Main lower level along both major sidelines.
    • Cognac Club
Sections 8, 9, 10: Positioned directly behind the player benches and coaching staffs on the main sideline. Ticket holders get access to an elegant, high-end private lounge space featuring upscale concessions and dedicated bars.
    • Grey Goose Club
Sections 24, 25, 26: Positioned on the broadcast sideline directly opposite the player benches, offering perfect midcourt sightlines. Includes access to a vibrant, stylish lounge with private restrooms, high-end food setups, and independent monitors.
    • Patron Tequila Club
Corner Sections 4, 6, 28, 30: Located at the four lower corners of the bowl, bridging the sideline view to the baseline. These include entry to corner-specific premium cash bars and specialized quick-serve gourmet concession.
  • Neat Suites & Halo Lofts
    • Neat Suites:
The arena’s refined spin on traditional luxury suites. They offer premium, designer finishes, theater-style outdoor seating, private restrooms, and customizable catering options for 13 to 17 guests.
    • Teradata Halo Lofts
Positioned directly above the Neat Suites. Geared toward smaller parties (typically 4 to 8 guests), these semi-private lofts feature oversized, plush theater seating with access to private tables and a dedicated, upscale dining area shared only with other loft holders.
  • The Wall
Baseline Sections 14 through 20 on the Lower Level, extending up through Sections 13 to 21 on the Terrace Level: The Wall is the most specialized seating section in the entire building. This 51-row, uninterrupted steep bank of 4,500 seats is designed to weaponize home-court advantage. It features a dedicated entry line and strict rules for Clippers games: fans are prohibited from wearing opposing team gear, and specific sections are reserved strictly for registered members of the team’s official "Chuckmark" fan section.

Concessions

  • Signature Items
The food program features LA's diverse culinary scene. Tacos, Korean BBQ, ramen, and creative burgers from local restaurants. Chef-driven concepts elevate the arena food experience.
  • The Clipper Dog & LA Street Dog
Available at 100% of all food locations arena-wide: The standard Clipper Dog uses a premium, natural-case all-beef hot dog sourced from Niman Ranch. The LA Street Dog variant is a bacon-wrapped Niman Ranch frank topped with garlic mayo, seasoned bell peppers, onions, ketchup, and mustard on a split-top Bolillo bun.
  • The Famous Sushi Dog & Maki Boxes
Pick & Roll Markets distributed evenly across the Main and Upper Concourses: A portable sushi roll structured like a burrito but scaled down to the size of a hot dog, available in California roll or Spicy Tuna options. They also serve fresh, hand-rolled Maki, Nigiri, and Bento boxes prepared daily by an in-house sushi chef.
  • K-Town BBQ Chicken & Waffle Fries
Primary Pick & Roll Markets on the Main Concourse sideline tiers: Crunchy, extra-juicy chicken thighs heavily tossed in a sweet and smoky Korean BBQ sauce, which is specifically curated in partnership with LA-favorite Seoul Sausage.
  • Four-Edge Pan Pizza
Dedicated Hot-Food Pick & Roll Stations on the Lower and Upper Decks: Square-cut, thick-crust Detroit/Sicilian-style pan pizza made entirely in-house before tip-off. It uses custom baking pans engineered specifically to maximize crispy, caramelized cheesy edges. Available in Cheese, Pepperoni, and rotating seasonal specials.
  • Artisanal Empanadas
Select Pick & Roll hot grab bins across all primary levels: Warm, beautifully flaky, portable pastry pockets with rotating seasonal fillings. The empanada pastries themselves are authentically sourced from LA’s local Continental Gourmet Market.
  • The Prop Burger
Main Concourse Pick & Roll hubs: Double-Cheeseburger: A high-end, juicy double-patty burger made from a proprietary 310 Provisions blend of brisket, chuck, and short rib. It is layered with New School American cheese, crunchy pickles, and a custom Clippers secret sauce on a potato bun.
  • Gourmet Churros & Soft Pretzels
Pick & Roll dessert/snack racks across the stadium: Warm, authentic La Princessa churros dusted heavily in cinnamon sugar and accompanied by a side of rich Dulce de Leche dipping sauce. The Bavarian-style soft pretzels are hand-twisted recipes engineered in Austria and Germany, baked warm and chewy right before events.
  • Courtyard & Premium Bar Partners
    • Modelo Cantina
A sprawling, high-energy bar destination located right inside the Main Plaza Entrance area, specializing in fresh draft Modelo, micheladas, and craft stadium cocktails.
    • Local Brewery Taps
Instead of generic macros, craft beverage fridges and drafts inside the Fast Break markets are heavily supplied by iconic local independent brewhouses, most notably Three Weavers Brewing Company (Inglewood-native) and El Segundo Brewing.
