A Guide to Canadian Tire Centre
Opened in 1996 as The Palladium, the Canadian Tire Centre is the beloved, energetic home of the NHL's Ottawa Senators. Situated in the western suburban community of Kanata, the arena offers a unique, concentrated game-day experience surrounded by loyal, passionate fans who bring life to the building during intense hockey matchups.

- TrainThe main route 404 departs from Tunney's Pasture Station, connecting directly from the O-Train Line 1, as there is no direct rail line to the arena.
- Bus LinesOC Transpo operates special 400-series game-night buses Routes 404, 405, and 406 that connect major city hubs and Park & Ride lots directly to the arena. Local Kanata buses Routes 62 and 162 detour to nearby Huntmar Road an hour before the game to avoid traffic.
- RideshareUber, Lyft, and traditional taxis utilize the drop-off and pick-up zone directly in front of Gate 1 on Frank Finnigan Way. There are no dedicated rideshare zones in the outer parking lots, meaning post-game pickups can experience heavy delays and surge pricing.
