Fenway's good is also it's bad. You feel the age in the stadium all over. The renovations have made it much more viable for continued use but it's still a park built in 1912. And it's still a mecca for baseball fans for that reason

Parking is a pain, this being Boston, but the Kenmore T stop is a short walk from the park. There's something special about walking up those stairs with tons of other baseball fans, turning the corner and crossing the bridge with the back of the Green Monster right in front of you
Fenway is right in the middle of the city, in the middle of the neighborhood of the same name. While gentrified more and more in the last 15 or so years there are still a ton of old school bars that remind you how old it all is. Good food has arrived with the gentrification and the whole area is a great hang both before and after a game
Fenway is living history. Because of this it doesn't have the space for a museum or other similar features l but being in the building is like going back in time. The statues outside are legendary meeting spots. Even with the updates Fenway does a great job of keeping the old alive
We went to a Yankees/Red Sox game which will always up the ante a bit. Though it attracts a lot of tourists Fenway doesn't have the same sterile, corporate feel that a lot of stadiums do. These are genuine baseball fans, even if they are obnoxious Boston fans
This is notoriously bad at Fenway. Obstructed views, seats that are angled awkwardly and don't face the plate. Tight concourses, a lot of which are actually below field level. This is where Fenway shows it's age in a bad way
They've added some boards with renovations and keep it old school by not overwhelming fans with too much pizzazz but it's still hard to find information. It also lacks a lot of new analytics you find other places
Fairly basic selections. Lines can be long especially in certain sections, due to a lack of space for more stands. The lack of variety really knocks this score down
Similar to some of the above points, the bathrooms are cramped and old, though they did replace the trough urinals years ago, which honestly I wouldn't even mind. They tend to be fairly clean, there just aren't enough of them
Everything is pretty expensive, from the seats to the concessions, especially for what you get in each category. I guess that's what comes with being a tourist destination. And lots of local demand on top
I always enjoy Fenway. In spite of, or maybe because of its flaws its a special place. There's nothing quite like the first time you walk in, see the grass, see the monster, while right in the middle of the concrete jungle.
