Overall, being our first experience together, stadium touring. It was a success. We learned a lot from this First trip and I’ve come a long way since that

This was the first stadium we ever went to as a group. Our rating system was new to us. Granted the stadium is right downtown. Public transport is limited outside of Ubers and car rides to the stadium.
I’m from NY and like to believe I can exist anywhere in the world without fear. Baltimore is rough around the edges once you leave the stadium environment. Camden offers good pregaming around the stadium.
Legends Park was a really cool piece right outside the stadium. They had a number of statues and monuments. The stadium history is rich. The teams history is weak. Making for a slightly above average rating.
The game itself was underwhelming, but the atmosphere was still nostalgic. It’s hard to ignore the beauty of the stadium. Making a game day visit to Camden a must on your stadium tour.
You can argue that the concourses are blocking views. however, walking around the entire stadium made me feel like there’s not a bad seat in the house. Went a little heavy on the ranking by I stand behind it.
Weak scoreboard layout. Hard to find visible scoreboards for pitcher/batter stats etc. Catch yourself looking at the center field scoreboard often.
Very basic. This is where the stadium shows its age. Underwhelming.
Granted the team wasn’t very good at the time. Nor really are now. Ticket prices were well within range to get good seating.
Had a really great experience with good friends. We made the most of the pregame and post game. The weather was beautiful. The sun was out and touring. The stadium felt historic.
