Epic trip and venue. I will be back!

Category Ratings

Transit/Parking 4.5

Granted Wrigley is in the heart of Chicago. Public transit, rideshare and parking seemed like easy alternatives.

Neighborhood 4.5

Sunny Saturday afternoon, city vibes, packed house. Murphys bar across the street was bumping. Plenty of places to eat and drink pre/post game. Lived up to the hype.

History 5.0

I had never visited Wrigley before the renovation but the stadium is just timeless. You can feel everything from Ferris Buehler to Steve Bartman. The outfield ivy and walk around the stadium was top notch. One of my favorites.

Atmosphere 4.0

Atmosphere was great. It was against the Mariners and Cal Raleigh was on his quest for 60. He hit his 31st HR in a 14-6 thumping of the Cubbies.

Line of Sight 4.0

Phenomenal all around the stadium and concourse. A couple of areas on the concourse that keeps my rating at a 4.

Seat: Best seats of our lives!

Line of sight from seat
Presentation/Display 4.0

Scoreboards were solid. Felt very nostalgic. Multiple areas around the stadium to see the score and pitch count.

Concessions 3.5

Above subpar. Could’ve had better selection of craft beers, drinks. Solid food options for all likings but nothing that blew my socks off.

Bathrooms 4.0

Easily accessible

Cost/Value/Pricing 4.0

Shockingly the tickets were well priced. Again being a Yankee fan. It’s always top dollar. So most ballparks feel like a better deal to me lol. Drinks were not taxed anymore than other stadiums that bring way worse of an experience.

Personal Enjoyment 5.0

I had an amazing day! I love these trips and it lived up to the hype. The pre and post game were a lot of fun. Even grabbed some of Chicagos finest pizza after the post game shenanigans.
